How long does the style last?

The style lasts 2-3 months with proper care.

Can I get locs over my already loc'd hair?

Yes you sure can! Please email for a consultation prior to bookins so we may discuss desired results.

Can I get them Wet?

Yes you can!

When should I get a touchup and when should I remove them?

Touchips are usually done at 4-6 weeks. Takedowns are usually done at 12-14 weeks.

Can you wash it?

Yes. When washing, focus products on roots and rinse thoroughly.

What if my hair is longer than the style I am requesting?

That is no problem! Your hair can be folded under the style Do however expect the locs to be a tad bit thicker due to this folding.

Can I get these wet?

Yes you definitely can, you can also shampoo and condition your locs while wearing them. It is suggested you lather roots as well as locs to ensure full cleanliness. You may air dry or blow dry if you desire faster drying.

How do I go about reinstalling my locs once I am done wearing them?

You can return the locs to me for any repairs or change in color that you desire. We can then redo another consultation and move forward with setting up your next appointment for reinstall.

Can these be installed as extensions to my already Loc’d hair or as my way to jump start my journey?

Yes this is definitely possible we can apply them so that they can add either length to your already loc’d hair or we can do them instantly meaning you sit down with an Afro and leave loc’d. Please email NaturalKesHair@Gmail.com for more info on instant locs.

How long does the install take?

Install can take anwhere between 3 to 4 hours depending on the thickness and density of your natural hair.

Will my hair loc up in this style?

No, not with proper care. I will ensure you know everything you need to know to avoid your hair locking up. Be advised this also includes not wearing beyond the suggested longevity of the style.

How long does this style last?

This style can last anywhere between 4 to 6 months with proper care. This style can also be removed and reinstalled in the future.

Can this become permanent?

Yes they can, please mention if you wish for them to be permanent during your consultation so we can take the proper steps when installing to ensure that they do.

Can I swim in these?

Yes you sure can! Please be advised that if your locs are a different color than your hair and the hair you have underneath is lighter there may be some bleeding of the color.

Can this hair be colored?

Yes, you can bleach, dye and color these locs. It is highly suggested you do so before installing if you wish to have the full length of the loc colored. However if you only wish to color the ends feel free to do so while wearing the locs. Professional administration is strongly suggested when coloring.
